Title: CBT/Testing Down?

I have been trying to take my Basic ATC/S1 Exam since last night and everytime it looks like the link is broken.  Is there something wrong or am I doing something wrong?  Every time I click on the link it says "Whoops, looks like something went wrong".  I have submitted a ticket but I was curious if anything else was having this issue.
