Join VATCAN and VATUSA for a one-way ticket to the big apple! Controllers from YYZ FIR & ZNY ARTCC will be staffing CYYZ & KLGA airports as welcome our fellow snow birds to the big city. The event will take place between 2300Z - 0300z (1900z-2300z EST). More event information will be released in days to come.

I know quite a few people have the new DD KLGA scenery (Imaginesim as well) but those all have the new "concept" plan for LGA. Would you recommend for us with those sceneries to go grab an AFCAD. I just want to know for this event, as well as future events and even just typical flights. Thanks! Looking forward!

Great question. As always it is in the pilots best interests to have updated scenery. Our ATC ground map layouts have the most current taxiway system. So if you are using the updated scenery, You should be fine.
