Title: Flying Wild Alaska [February 24th 2330z-0330z]

The Virtual Anchorage ARTCC will be hosting “Flying Wild Alaska” on Saturday, February 24th, 2018 between 2330z and 0330z. Named after the show Flying Wild Alaska based out of Unalakleet, Alaska. We will be fully staffing PANC and enroute.

Preffered Routing (PANC-PAUN)
RNAV: FFITZ4 FFITZ V320 MCG V440 UNK
NON-RNAV: ANC8 SQA UNK

It was almost VERY wild. I called "field in sight" when, as it turns out, what I had in sight really WAS a FIELD. Haha. Rectified in time to hit pavement, fortunately... ;-)
