Title: Is in VATUSA Division?

Hello,

I am a returning S1 controller after roughly 2 years, I have just reinstated my account and switched regions about 5-6 hours ago. When I go to "Why can't I join a facility?", it shows an X next to Is in VATUSA Division?. I pass every other requirement listed within the chart.

Sorry for the question, I'm just not used to this new system. How would I go about fixing that and joining a facility in VATUSA?

You will find your answer as well as the reason for not having your transfer showing up immediately there.
