ZNY is kicking off a series of minor events on select Thursdays coming up. The first one features the Harrisburg TRACON which controls Harrisburg International (MDT), Capital City (CXY), Lancaster (LNS), and Muir AFB (MUI). Alternatively, fly into its uncontrolled fields, IFR or VFR, and test ZNY controllers' knowledge of these procedures! Some uncontrolled fields you can fly into include York, PA (KTHV), Schuylkill County (KZER), and Selinsgrove (KSEG), each a Class E field.

Important note to pilots: those with old scenery will utilize runway 13 at intersection B for departure since the scenery doesn't extend past that taxiway. Otherwise, runway 13 full length from taxiway A is available.

Runway 13 @ B Takeoff Distance Available (TODA) & Takeoff Run Available (TORA) = 8850 ft.
