Title: New VATUSA13

Austin Wilkins has been appointed the new Deputy Training Director of VATUSA. Austin brings with him real world education experience, knowledge of the National Airspace System, and airline experience.
He will be assisting me with instructor selection, training material development, rolling out the VATUSA 3120.4 (Division Training Policy/Standard), and various quality assurance programs.

Austin,

Wow. What a 10+ years we had together.....although I am very proud of you and how far long you have come, it is sad to see you and I part ways. However, I look forward to the ideas and improvments you will bring to the VATUSA Training Department and I also look forward to working with you and the rest of the division.

Now - I gotta find a new right-hand-man... :o
