Title: VATUSA Has a New Northeastern Region Air Traffic Director

Congratulations to Dylan Lundberg on being selected as the new VATUSA9!  Dylan was previously Air Traffic Manager, TA, and ED at Honolulu and was previously ATM and DATM at Seattle.  I look forward to working with Dylan in his new role!
