Title: New ZME Facility Engineer

Please join me in congratulating Cole Ferraro on his appointment to the ZME Facility Engineer position.

Cole has been working in the background to produce new ground maps that more closely resemble real world airports.
He has lots of new ideas on improving the facility files to make the controller's job easier and give our pilots even better service.
Cole is a Probationary I1 and a real world pilot and flight instructor.

Congratulations, Cole! This was my first role at an ARTCC and enjoyed every minute of it!
