The Control Room Floor / Training time frame and facility selection

I recently passed my S1 exam and joined the facility where I live in the real world. I was excited to begin my ATC journey.
I then find out that the training backlog is 6 MONTHS or more, even just for DEL.
Needless to say, this is very discouraging. I can see a lot of new controllers getting frustrated and disappearing.
It would be very helpful if there was a web page where every facility posts their current training backlog so that new controllers can make a better informed decision as to which facility to join.
Having that information shown on the main VATUSA site might also motivate the individual facilities to work harder to get controllers trained, so as to attract new members to their facility.
