Phoenix offers beautiful views of the local landscape and surrounding mountains such as Camelback. Flying in can also be challenging as the weather starts to heat up, such as gusty afternoon winds, rising thermals, and the potential for strong afternoon monsoon thunderstorms. Enjoy friendly ATC and put your flying skills to the test! We look forward to welcoming you to Phoenix!
