In the VATSIM world, when pilots operate at or into or from an airport whilst no ATC is being manned (no Ground, no Tower, no Departure, no Center) at the time, even though it's "normally" a busy major airport such as KLAX, which UNICOM frequency should they use to broadcast to other traffic: the published frequency (e.g. KLAX 122.95, KMIA 123.0) or 122.8?
