Join both the vZKC and vZID ARTCCs on Febuary 2, 2024, where St. Louis, the famous Gateway to the West, unites with Cincinnati, to become your Gateway to the Skies!

Famous for the Gateway Arch and the world famous Anhueser-Busch Brewing company, St. Louis also has a very rich, lesser known aviation history. From Charles Lindbergh's historic transatlantic flight to the innovative aircraft designed by McDonnell Douglas, St. Louis has been a crucible of aviation excellence.

Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) has transformed itself from one of the major passenger hubs for Delta and other airlines into one of the premier cargo hubs in the country, and is a gateway to the sky for both domestic and international operations.

We hope to see you in the Gateway to the West as both ZKC and ZID will staff STL and CVG from 6PM-10PM CST (2359-0400Z).

VRC is the most "user friendly" of the group I would say. Best of luck in your training!

I am trying to train for an S1 Developmental rank on VATUSA. I want to start observing other people control on the network before I get much further. I see three different radar clients as options in the VATUSA academy: vERAM, VRC, and vSTARS. I was wondering what the best one to use would be. Thanks
