If I may comment, I must say thank you Shane for taking a general consensus and turning it into a formattable action. This is how we as a Division will improvise, adapt, and overcome any obstacles that come our way. My only recommendation is to take into account facility size, amount of controllers on the roster, traffic levels, established arrival/departure rates, prior to prescribing a one size fits all approach. Those ARTCCs with a significantly larger rosters are likely more capable of increase frequency of events to both meet Pilot need and Controller involvement. Again, just a recommendation, it's my process improvement background kicking in. Let's go VATUSA!
