Does VAT USA have a instructor pool that can be requested to help out in training a back log of members, by ARTCC's that are short instructors for S1-3 controller positions. They may have to be vetted by the ARTCC TA, before a visitor request can be completed. I am sure there or many like myself at have been waiting for a chance to complete the training and join the controller staff.
