News / Denver has a new TA!
« Last post by Harry Linsenmayer on September 19, 2024, 09:56:26 PM »
First off, I'd like to give a massive thank you to Mike Bencivenga for his time and commitment to the TA role over the last year. Mike has been a massive asset to ZDV for the entire time he has been here, and I'd like to wish him luck as he moves on to become senior staff at ZKC. Additionally, big thanks to him for staying around as the interim TA until we could find a new one.

Secondly, I'm thrilled to announce our newest TA, Chris James! Chris has been a member of ZDV for over 10 years consecutively, and has had involvement at ZDV for over 15 years. Chris has held nearly every VATUSA-recognized staff position during his time in Denver, including a previous stint as TA. Thank you Chris for your time and commitment to ZDV, and welcome back to the senior staff!

Events / [29 Oct 2024 2359-0200z] Flight of the Living Dead IV
« Last post by Jonathan Johnson on September 12, 2024, 06:58:27 PM »

For the fourth October running, the undead rise from the grave to besiege Pittsburgh! The morale in the Three Rivers is holding out for now, but supplies are running low; the trapped Yinzers are as starved for their favourite treats as the ghouls are for brains! Primanti Bros. needs urgent shipments of coleslaw and potatoes to make their famous sandwiches, and Pronto’s will soon run out of pierogies for their iconic pizzas! What a disaster, this is the *true* sign of the apocalypse!
Pittsburgh and Allegheny airports are still secure and operational: the Cleveland ARTCC needs the best and bravest pilots to weather the storm of walking dead and ensure the safety of the Steel City by delivering critical supplies and extracting survivors late into the night, when the horde is at its most dangerous. It'll be a scream of a good time! Show starts 8pm and runs until there's no more brains...
