The Training Administrator leads training programs for controllers in Indy Center. This is the perfect position for someone looking to leave a lasting mark on a quickly growing facility.

Position: Training Administrator
Time Commitment: 6-8 hours per week administrative duties, 1 hour per month controlling.
Supervisor: Indy Center Air Traffic Manager

We are looking for an excited and experienced leader and team members to join us in this important role. Indy Center is a quickly growing, vibrant, well integrated, pilot and controller community in the Midwest USA. While we might be 'overflight country,' if you land- you'll want to stay for a while.
Requirements:
- VATSIM Controller (C1), or higher rating.
- Have no significant disciplinary record.
- Have no history of unprofessional behavior.
- Be an active member of the network in good standing on the VATSIM network.
- Be a home controller at the time of appointment (or willing and eligible to transfer upon selection).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Indy Center Community, and ZID airspace/controller procedures.
- High level understanding of VATUSA Policy and Procedure
- VATUSA Event Staff Experience
- Social media and/or graphic design experience
