This evening, the VATUSA Customer Support database suffered a failure. We are looking into the issue. Even if it looks like you can submit a ticket, no one can see it.
There were two tickets submitted today. I have personally emailed both people asking them to resend their requests. As of 8pm Eastern Time this evening, there were no other outstanding tickets.
