P1 test - no confirmation, VATSIM profile not updated

P1 test - no confirmation, VATSIM profile not updated

I passed my P1 test late Saturday night, and it said I would receive a confirmation email, but I haven't seen anything yet, and my member profile says that I am unrated.

Is there something more I need to do?

Contact the ATO you took the test through. They are the ones who process it.
