ATC "Basic" Exam

Hello, exactly 7 days ago I toke and failed the ATC basic exam. I have spent the last 7 days flying and studying for the exam. It has been more than a week since I last toke the exam, yet it still shows "Exam on hold" for me. I checked, and the 7-day period should have been surpassed by 4:00PM CDT this afternoon.

Please explain what I'm doing wrong. Is the waiting period more than 7 days?
