Hey!

Im in New York ARTCC and im a Minor Controller there. I just got promoted to Minor Controller but I can't login to VRC as a Student 1. It says my level is too low but I already passed the S1 test and I got the email that said I passed it.

Is it possible if anyone can change my rank to S1?
