Hi James.

Yes you can! Go to the VATUSA frontpage and look for the facility you want to visit. You don't apply to VATUSA as a visitor per se, but join the individual facility.  Go to the facility website for the one you want to join and look for the policies and instructions on how to join the facility as a visitor.
