Max is based in Phoenix, AZ and is a real-world Air Transport Pilot for Swift Air with over 7500 real-world hours including time in B1900s, Learjets, and 737s. He's also a 15-year member of VATSIM and a Senior-Instructor-rated VATSIM Controller. On top of that, he's super-friendly and definitely a great resource for pilots of all experience levels so we're blessed to have him as part of our team! Welcome, Max!
