I'm about to take my basic ATC controller test. Where can I find the open book material?

All the exams reference the Basic ATC section under reference material.
It is reccomended that you read through the material prior to taking the exam.

I failed the basis ATC test how long is it until i can take it again.

7 days and you'll be able to retake the exam. I encourage you to go through and study all the VATUSA Basic ATC material as all of the questions are pulled directly from there.
