http://www.fly2houston.com/0/3528209/0/1906/Being a Houstonian, the loss of Continental hits hard. I don't think I'll get used to the Continental globe on the tail with a United slapped across the fuselage. Plus, I'll never see a B787 in Continental colors, as they were going to start service from Houston to Auckland about a year from now. Also, I heard a while back that none of the COA or UAL VA's were "virtually merging". Any update on this?
I'm sure we won't have a clip-art globe on our planes.Hopefully, the current UA livery and brand stay, and we don't go back to the early 1990's with that COA mess.
I'm not sure what you mean by any of this, but this is what the new livery will be:[img]http://www.jaunted.com/files/6193/UACOLivery.jpg\\\" border=\\\"0\\\" class=\\\"linked-image\\\" /]
So are you saying that's not what the livery will be?
I work for UA.
A new brand identity is being developed, which includes a new livery.
Then what is the point of this livery? Sounds like a waste of paint to me.
I'm quite certain that's not an actual image. Looks more like a Photoshop job to me.
It's obviously a photoshop. The plane is a B787.
