This just in from Dubai (note that this is Wednesday night Local USA time):
Dear Sir,
I am pleased to invite you and all your pilot members to fly in our event hosted by Emirates vACC in collaboration with VATME.
The event is named as "Dubai Morning Ops" and will start from 0100Z until 0400Z on 16th June 2016.
As you may know that, during this time most of the members of United States are active, so we have decided to open up full ATC during this time and it will be morning here in UAE so the pilots can enjoy a spectacular sunrise view with Dubai City in view.
We would like to see our friends from United States to experience the ATC at Dubai as they've never got the chance to fly since when here is day, it's night there and we rarely come online during Morning hours.
Emirates vACC will be providing complete ATC coverage in its airspace.
