ARTCC Transer Time

ARTCC Transer Time

I am currently not assigned to any ARTCC, I have been inactive for a while.  About a week ago I submitted an ARTCC Transfer form and haven't heard anything yet.  Does this process normally take a long time, or should I maybe resubmit my request?

Try the form again. I'm not seeing any transfer request on your file.

Okay, I tried again, and this time got this message,  

"Your request to transfer to a new ARTCC could not be processed either because your entered the wrong CID or the password that you entered does not match the password for that CID in the VATUSA database."

I know the CID and Password I enter are correct because I can successfully log onto ASRC and Squawk Box.

You have a separate password for VATUSA and the network.  You need to use the lost password tool located on the homepage

Thank you.  It was the password.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  That just means whatever I submitted a week ago didn't go through.  I must have missed the error message.  Thanks again.
