NCT (Northern California TRACON) is comprised of many Areas. One ZOA would like to highlight on this TRACON Tuesday is Area A. Area A's main airport is SJC, San José Mineta International Airport is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, just minutes away from these global technology giants. Conveniently serving a wealthy and diverse region approaching four million people and thousands of Silicon Valley companies, SJC is Silicon Valley's airport. Area A deals with all arrivals and departures for SJC, arrivals from the south into OAK, as well as covering some deltas in and around the bay, including PAO, NUQ, and RHV. Area A also covers the southern most airports in NCT, with MRY and SNS. ZOA can't wait for everyone to see what south bay has to offer!!!
