Please provide guidance for pilot phraseology; here's a good start:

Many are broadcasting as though they are talking to ATC, and it is just clutter.

Have you seen the Learning Center on MyVATSIM? Pretty much everything you are saying is already documented there.

Thank you, I didn't notice that addition.  Perhaps linking my reference there would improve that resource. Additionally, this FAA resources provides better limits on the phases of departure/arrival where comms are needed. Basically, a merger of the info I linked to and the FAQ would improve the FAQ.
