Welcome to the Sunshine Airlines Grand Opening Event! We will fly you anywhere the sun shines! Our grand opening event will feature two routes. Our first route will be from Mc Carran (KLAS) to Miami (KMIA). Our second route will be from Philadelphia (KPHL) to Miami (KMIA). Flights will depart arround 2200z on August 15th and arrive at Corporate Headquarters in Miami between 0215z and 0300z. Welcome aboard SunShine Airlines! Enjoy the flight!

Congrats on opening it however i was trying to apply and when i submit it give me the 404-not found error

**EDIT**

I did get a confirmation email so i'm assuming the problem is where you trying to direct them after they submit to tell them they have submitted but the actuall application works

I did recieve the application, however I do not know why it gave you the error. I will look into it. Thanks for the heads up.
