Fellow VATUSA controllers. staff and students. Recently I released a new training program and examination. In doing so, I kept the old examination active for a period of time to allow students who had initiated training prior to the release to complete their training. The idea was to prevent a student from being caught between two programs. In advertingly in doing this, I created an even bigger problem because the new examination did not have the coding that would allow Instructional Staff to promote you for the rating. This has caused quite a big mess which I take full responsibility for. I truly apologize for this inconvenience to you and certainly understand your frustrations. Hopefully this can be resolved in an expedient manner and I thank you in advance for your patience. Again my apologies for this unfortunate situation.
