For clarity, does this start at 12:00a.m. on Nov. 18 or 19?

A 2359Z start on the day of the event would eliminate the confusion.

Asking so that I get the date correct on my VA's events calendar.

Hey there, sorry for any confusion in all American time zones this event starts on Wednesday the 18th, in Zulu time it is the start of the day on the 19th.
