Exams/Training for ATC/VATUSA

I'm new to the virtual air traffic, I'm currently a "observer" and I'm not sure how to take another test, or do whatever I have to do to move up. I'm an Air Traffic Controller in the real world, so I'm anxious to get started.

Welcome to VATSIM and VATUSA. What kind of facility do you work? Tower/TRACON/En-route? Just curious. Try going to http://vatusa.net/join.php and see if that helps you out.
