And the Oscar goes to................ Mr. Ira Robinson.
Ira has been the TA of NY for a couple of years and and most importantly he's been the Sunday morning coffe guy of ZNY.
A brand new grandpa IRL and an "old big dad" for all ZNYers.
Well deserved.

And with that I'd like to extend my gratitude to all of you. We worked together for more than 2 years and it was a pleasure for me and an honor.
A big thank you to Gary who offered me the job and his support.
A big thank you to Tom, my good VATUSA7 colleague for the good times online and the great help he has been during my VATUSA tenure.
A big thank you to (ARTCCs listed alphabetically, sorry Mike!) Kent K. (ZAU), Don D. (ZBW), Alistair M. (ZDC), Gerry I. (ZID), Dhruv K. (ZMP), Nick F. (ZNY), Mike S. (ZOB), their predecessors and their staff.
A big thank you to the VATUSA Members.

Last but not least a special thank you to the place that introduced me to VATSIM, and that's no other than NY ARTCC. You guys are a part of my day and a part of my life.

Thank you all so very much for the well wishes! I have some big shoes to fill and I can only hope they fit well enough so I can shuffle through the footsteps he left for me follow.

I also want to thank Nick for his efforts on behalf of the NY ARTCC as well as VAUSA and VATSIM over the years and the opportunity he and Pan have given me here. And good luck to Pan who is stepping from the frying pan into the fire.

I could not think of a better choice for the ZNY ATM! Ira is a great guy, and his selection will go a long way toward maintaining the course of New York. Very pleased to see this.

Nick has done a great job, and I expect we have not seen the last of his impact on the community.

And Pan, my friend, VATSIM can only be far better off with you on the staff. A voice of reason, common sense, and impeccable knowledge. This is a very good thing.
