^Man I'm cheezy! But hey, it's true! Derek Vento, a 23 year old real-world CPC at Colombia Air Traffic Control Tower / TRACON in South Carolina, has accepted the role as ZNY TA. He graduated from Wilmington University and was a member of the ARFF at his local airport in Deleware. Derek has been a member of ZNY since 2008 and has held Mentor and INS positions over the years. We look forward to seeing what Derek's real world knowledge and skill will bring to our ARTCC and all of VATUSA. Welcome Derek!
