New ATM at ZNY

I'm pleased to announce that Andrew Heath has been appointed ZNY's new ATM!  Andrew has been a member of VATSIM since the beginning.  He has been a member of ZNY's Senior Staff since 2013 and possess a high level of historical knowledge that will prove invaluable.  He'll be able to hit the ground running and will provide ZNY with consistency and stability.   I'm looking forward to working with him in this new role.  Congratulations!
