Restart ATC staffing... in new center?

Hi,

So a while back I passed the ground controller tests and began ground controlling at little airports in the LA Center.

I am guessing my certification has expired. 

What I would like to do is get re-certified, and begin working in the Albuquerque ARTCC (closer to home).

I looked around at the web pages (VATUSA, Alb ARTCC home page, forums, etc) and I'm a bit
confused as to the best way to proceed.

Any input?

On the VATUSA website, go under "My VATUSA" and then "Transfer Request" and select the facility you wish to join. Hope that helps

Prahas, because you've been away a while, you'll need to complete the Basic ATC/S1 CBTs, then the Basic ATC Quiz before you can transfer from the Academy to a facility.  Welcome back!
