You might have problem hosting that event tonight as FAA has declared this area restricted only for VIP meaning only for President of USA.

While the TFR exists, it only prohibits some type of operations. From the TFR;
Except as specified below and/or unless authorized by ATC in consultation with the air traffic security coordinator via the domestic events network (DEN):
A. All aircraft operations within the 10 NMR area(s) listed above, known as the inner core(s), are prohibited except for: Approved law enforcement, military aircraft directly supporting the United States Secret Service (USSS) and the office of the President of the United States, approved air ambulance flights, and regularly scheduled commercial passenger and all-cargo carriers operating under one of the following TSA-Approved standard security programs/procedures: aircraft operator standard security program (AOSSP), full all-cargo aircraft operator standard security program (FACAOSSP), model security program (MSP), twelve five standard security program (TFSSP) all cargo, or all-cargo international security procedure (ACISP) and are arriving into and/or departing from 14 cfr part 139 airports.So, since the vast majority of operations on the network (and presumably into this event) will be part 121 air or cargo carriers (United, FedEx, etc. etc.), they won't be impacted by this TFR. The New York Special Flight Rules Area, one of the more popular VFR routes in the area, is also excluded from the TFR.
Lastly, as Andrew said, TRF's aren't usually implemented on VATSIM. After all, what are we going to do if you bust it? We can't get the vFAA involved in action against the pilot, and we can't scramble fighters to get the aircraft on the ground. Even if the TFR were simulated, it would only impact GA flying in the area (and obviously this would be a major headache for those pilots!).
